The following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) apply to this application of using Optiki Prime App (“Optiki-Prime”) mobile access system developed by KiLax Limited (“KiLax”). You
must not use Optiki-Prime if you disagree with any of these Terms and Conditions.
Definitions Optiki-Prime mobile access system is a virtual authentication for smartphone use to gain physical access control by Optiki-Prime control installed at designated entrance point.
Eligibility All users have to attain the age of 18 (the Eligibility Age). Kindly be certain you qualify before accessing or using this application and agree to your obligations, the limitations
of liability and the termination of service.
No warranties This Optiki-Prime is provided “as is”, with all faults, and KiLax express no representations of warranties, of any kind related to this application. Also, nothing contained on this
application shall be interpreted as advising you.
Limitation of liability Under any circumstances, KiLax Limited will not be liable or hold any responsibility on any kind of losses or losses in property where Optiki-Prime is used as an access
control only. User shall be responsible for all losses, costs and expenses that may incurred by any other third parties, i.e. burglary, thief or others.
Severability In case any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
Assignment KiLax is allowed to assign, transfer and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification.
Termination KiLax reserves the right to terminate any user from using of Optiki-Prime in case a user breaches the Terms and Conditions in using Optiki-Prime application without any
notifications.
Amendments There Terms and Conditions may be amended or supplemented by us at any time without prior notice.
In case of dispute, KiLax Limited reserves the right of final decision on all matters.
Governing Law There Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with the Laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. You agree to submit to the
non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
